OMG. I cant believe how in human they are. I was heavily hit by the govt shutdown. So I wanted to get some headphones to relax. I didn't have cash to spend, so I applied to affirm. I got an email from them. Approved. After I went through the purchase process, I realized that they changed it to my bank card which they must have kept on file or something. So I cancelled it IMMEDATELY. Minutes from the sale. The computer said I will see the cancellation in 2 days. I waited the 2 days and they said that the product already shipped and that I can "return it for a refund". Which I did immediately. Now I have to wait 2 more days for FedEx to get here then the shipping time back (Who knows how long that will take) plus 10 days for Walmart to transact my credit card. When this incident happened, I called to support number and the totally GASLIGHTED me by saying that the charge on my card was only an authorization and it will go away. LIAR!!!! If they had canceled my order (within minutes of me noticing it was wrong) all this will go away. In the mean time its been a week since they charged my card without permission and refused to correct the problem immediately.... and it will probably be more than 2 weeks before I get my money back.... THAT WAS STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SAM ASH AGAIN!
