It's not friendly to remove the shelf as it is prefixed. Instead of prefixing shelves, you should provide the option to keep the shelves according their choice. Another issue, I found is that the cool light bulb fixed. The warm light should be suitable for all these display cases. Bright white light is not at all suitable. I contacted the customer support through wall mart, but I did not get any response. Then I contacted thorough their website chat option and did not get proper response on the bulb. He just provided the bulb details If we need to replace. I expected they provide a some amount credit to replace the bulb. Then I checked with him to get the steps to replace the bulb. Unfortunately this company doesn't have a steps handy. He informed me that he would email the steps.

This came in 2 boxes and the vendor would only supply 1 return label and Walmart wouldn't take it at the store. I had to pay $103 out of my pocket to return it.

The package arrived damaged the screws are post to been in a Ziploc bag were open and loose and there was no instructions to put the product together
