This refurbished Dyson came better than expected! We have had a Dyson for many years but the last one died on us, so we found this one. I was expecting it to be well used and look like a hand-me-down, but no, it looks and preforms brand new. I would definitely recommend this seller and products!

Product was decent. Packaging was missing instructions and product paperwork.

Strong suction but only 7 minutes of power when using the beater bar attachment then it takes 5 hours to fully recharge it. Also, the small dirt collector decreases the machine's efficiency when over half full.

We've used dyson products for years and the only complaint we had was battery life, on low it's terrific but on high it just doesn't last for very long before you have to recharge it, other than that we love dyson products and will continue to buy them, you can't beat the quality of this stick vacuum.

Unit was refurbished but was like new condition and could not have asked for more., but was missing the wall hanging piece that you sit it in. $2 part maybe, emailed dyson and they need a 100 pictures of the box and attachments etc. Not sure i even have the box still , but i just saw the email where they replied. So still waiting on outcome after i take pics of everything and up load. Its the only thing that will hang this on the wall. Take a picture of whats not here. I dont understand. Just sell me one then. Geezz. So instead of 5 there getting a 3 until resolved.

I purchased this vaccume because a cheaper vaccume would not do the job I have a big dog an big dogs have lots a hair I previously had a v10 which was perfect but because of price I purchased a v8 it does the job just seems not to have quite as much suction I wish it was standard to have the suction head with the light for nighttime vaccuming for the price but I am satisfied just disappointed

super vaccuum , lightweight and easy to use. Great design!

worked great. if you have a pet, this is the vacuum you want.

Good response time for receipt of product. No damage to box.
