The phone was shipped promptly and is fully functional. The body and back of the phone look good however the phone was shipped with a glass screen protector and after removing it there were several large scratches on the screen. My understanding of the condition of the phone I would receive was that the screen would be free from scratches not have a screen protector that is free from scratches.
