Terrible. I ordered a batman party pack that cost over $40 and they sent a cheap brown lil notebook that looks like it cost $1.00. so I reached out and they were supposed to send what I ordered. But never got it. Reached out by email and they never responded. Now they party is tomorrow and I don't have the party favors. Terrrible service absolutely terrible.
