I ordered a Hydrotech hose with an expected delivery date of August 1st. Imagine my surprise when, at 1:00 a.m. on July 30th, Walmart emailed me saying my package had arrived. Really? That’s funny, because not only was nothing delivered, but when I checked the tracking, it claimed the package was delivered at 10:12 a.m., a full nine hours into the future. Impressive. Either the delivery driver is a time traveler, or someone’s making stuff up.
Naturally, I called Walmart customer service. That’s when I found out the shipping company is based in China. Fantastic. Long story short: I got a full refund.
So whoever has my hose now, I hope you’re enjoying it. You might be even more thrilled to learn it’s part of a nationwide recall for exploding. Happy watering!
