Arrived when seller said product was as described.

It seems to me that this seller has a good outlook on professional cleaning products.

Seller is very curteous. Rather than cancel or delay my order, when an item was Out of Stock, they substituted a larger size free of charge. I appreciated this IMMENSELY! as opposed to the other options, as I have a medical need for it. I could have had a real problem if I had run out, but the vendor understood the nature of the item, and expedited the order immediately. I will purchase from this vendor many times over.

These were twice as much buting from them as in the store, so shop the store if possible.

ordered these because they dont sell them where i live and as to my surprise they arrived damaged because of the way they were packaged they should have been shipped in a box because they wouldn’t of gotten smashed the box is smashed all over an ruined my purchase wasted money

Item listed medium pet and said 18 inch by 16 inch. Actual product says small pet right on the tag and actual size is 14 inch by 14.5 inch
