I did not communicate with the seller at all. I did however trust the seller yo send a good quality product. Although the product looks fine, I wouldn’t give this as a baby gift. The product was not in the original package. It was in a Hefty bag. How nasty is that? I will never buy from this vender again if this is the way they do business.
