okay i guess i did get a chance to review the seller again. very happy with the customer service. reached out because one bottle came leaking all over, didn't get a response but a notification that my total had changed - saw I got a partial refund. hoped for a replacement, but def satisfied nonetheless with a partial refund. definitely appreciated that. and it was handled within 24 hours of receiving the product and reaching out.
