Criterion One

While I did get the correct brand and size of what I ordered they sent the wrong scent. They sent an email asking to send something else entirely(Lysol cleaner instead of arm and hammer powder laundry detergent). In my reply I stated I want exactly what I ordered or a refund. They thanked me for the feedback.

poor communication. product out of stock, then after they were supposed to cancel the order, they sent the product. I had already purchased a new product and they would only offer me a partial refund. company will not work with customers. if i could, i would give 0 stars. do not use this company

Great seller. Item arrived quickly and was well packed and still frozen when it arrived.

The image of your item showed 6 notebooks being sold as a pack. I ordered 3 "sets" thinking I'd be getting 18 notebooks (for my classroom/students). This would match the pricing for the item (3-subject notebook, wide-ruled) as I had just pruchased some in college-ruled at a similar price. When the package arrived, there were only 3 notebooks. 3 notebooks should NOT cost me $64.xx! I was shocked at the mis-representation of your product, and the high fee charged for a product.

Shipping updates were timely. The packaging was exceptional; still frozen (as if I was taking out of the freezer).
