Do not order from this seller. I ordered some candy apple boxes. They sent me some little boxes that you can only fit a piece of candy in. They are scammers
Horrible.. 4 or 5 emails regarding refund and still no resolution.
the item was not what i expected, i just ordered the weong thing i guess. but I contacted the seller and they offered me a few options to make it right. i am very happy with their resolution and would definitely buy from them again. most people want you to be happy if you're clear about what you want and willing to compromise. its a vendor out of china so shipping is expensive. that's not their fault. i think if the item arrived broken or unusable in some way they would be quick to provide a full refund or replacement.
the seller was pretty good about responding to emails. however, tried to negotiate a refund price??? i offered to send the item back multiple times %26 they refused yet still tried negotiating my refund. finally they ended up refunding the whole amount. but it was strange.
