the neclace was so tangled i thru it out because there was no way to untangle it this vendor i would recommend not using them

Tried again and again to contact seller to return this small little bag and still have replied to any of my emails.

This was a beautiful bag. It didn't come with the scrap so I took it to Louis Vuitton/ Tampa. They examined it and said they could only sell me a scrap that matched it. They said any alterations would void the warranty. The manager took it in the back then came out with a 690.00 scrap. It is real.

Communicates well, the package is well protected, and everything was as advertised.

I personally spoke with the seller days ago when i inquired as to whether the Pochette came with a strap, asking the question after placing the order. According to the response rec'd from Rebag, i was advised that the Pochette came with a chain attached. Upon delivery %26 viewing the item, there was no chain attached nor was there one in the enclosed box. Therefore, it was all a SCAM/LIE, with intent to deceive. Secondly, the Pochette wasn't of good quality %26 it looked WORSE than a "knock-off!" Handbags have been a fetish of mine for 40 years %26 I know quality when I see it, this was beyond cheap %26 of no significance whatsoever! Rebag should be ashamed of promoting this item online that I unknowingly purchased! The ones I viewed on their website was one of the ones I thought i paid exorbitantly for, however that wasn't the case! Two final words: BUYER BEWARE😡!

Not authentic bag. Requested refund and have not heard back, it's been over a week. I cannot believe I cannot return this expensive item. I contacted them the day after receiving the bag.

I received my bag but can't find the authentic code

My first purchase from Rebag and I love it! My bag came in amazing condition better than described. Was delivered quicker than expected! I would definitely order again from Rebag!
