Narrster

Item is okay. Very light weight wood used in its construction. Item came damaged with a metal corner broke off and wood with a small chip.

no issues. arrived on-time and was exactly as represented. the covers work perfectly on my office chair.

I requested to return the item because it would not fit the intended light fixture. Narrster has yet to respond to my message. Nor have I heard from Walmart who had immediately sent me a message saying they would follow-up when I sent the return request.

Sells incomplete components or components with package that don’t fit

Delivery came on time package could be packed better ! Was no bubble wrap to protect items was in plastic cellophane, and in an White envelope and there was no protection either so if the people delivering it wasn’t careful, it could’ve been broken so they should pack a little bit better, but I’m happy that I receive my items that didn’t break!

did not get my item but was charged to my account anyway
