Bought a 2 PACK m12 high output 5.0 battery’s and when I got my package I only received one and the box itself was damaged but luckily the battery itself works, contacted walmart to contact them and and see if they could send me my missing battery and I was told no and that there going to refund me for the missing unit, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place as I read some of there reviews now after the fact and it seems like it’s not the 1st time or i’m the only one that didn’t get there order properly

Buyer beware. This seller (Shady Groves) advertised a product as new. When it arrived, it clearly had been used. The item box (not shipping box) was warn (torn). When I opened it the Nest/Yale Lock was very clearly used. It was covered in a coat of dust. It had not been put back in it's box correctly. The back QR code needed to pair with your Nest App was partially worn off. Needless to say it was not new and we are returning this item. What's disappointing is that this is the second Nest Item (different seller for the other) that showed up used when it was advertised as new. I do not recommend trusting Walmart sales from outside vendors like Shady Grove for "new" products. If looking for new, purchase from Walmart directly or a different vendor beyond someone like Shady Groves.
