I received my item damaged because it was shipped in a soft bag with no proper protection. It’s clear the seller didn’t pack it properly, and as a result, it arrived damage. I sent photos showing the damage, but they only offered a 30% refund instead of a full refund. This is unacceptable for a damaged product caused by poor packaging. I do not recommend this seller.
