While I have no complaints about the item itself, I was disappointed by the confusing and inefficient delivery process. According to the tracking information, the package originated in Nashville, TN and was delivered to an address in Littlerock, CA, even though I provided a Maryland delivery address. Ultimately, the item that arrived in Maryland came in packaging and paperwork from a local Home Depot, where the price is almost half what I paid on Walmart.com—$10.40 compared to $18.56.
Setting aside the convoluted purchase and delivery experience, which involved a competitor, I am requesting a reimbursement of the $8.16 ( tax) difference between the amount I paid at Walmart.com and what appears to have been paid for my item at Home Depot.
