I received an item that was broken and missing pieces. I emailed seller requesting return and refund. The reply was less than acceptable, I was offered 10% refund and I could keep the broken item. I contacted Walmart to facilitate the refund procedure because my initial contact with seller was unacceptable. I then received a second email from the seller stating that they want pictures. Having no desire to continue to go back and forth I called Walmart again asked for them to facilitate a refund. I received another email from the seller asking for pictures (the exact back and forth I wanted to avoid) so I called Walmart yet again, after explaining every step of the story, of course they wanted to make contact with the seller again. Under any normal Walmart purchase you buy whatever, and for whatever reason you want to return it , you return it and get a refund. Not the case with this seller. Dealing with this seller and Walmart has been a nightmare! I’m four days in, two emails, three phone calls and two hours and twenty minutes. Abhorrent customer service all the way around !!!

This item was inferior and did not meet the product description, They are supposed to be galoshes that fit over your shoe as shown in the picture, but they are really like rubber bags that scrunch up when you try to put them on. Seller was very obstinate. Refused to admit anything, just kept on trying to offer me discounts on the item, which was worthless.

this says 100 pieces . believing this is 100 pieces of clam shells . then i get this delievered to see it a joke with 10 clam shells . ok so lets just say they talking 100 pieces of wax melt s . if thats the case then i was even shorted that way cuz 10 x6 equals 60 sure not 100. but i am a buisness i need these for my buisness i would never bought them if it was just 10 dang clam shells when i always buy 100 to 150 to 200 count of them. your horrible . You need to make this right or you can stay being a sad pittiful seller
