I was glad to find a heating pad for my baby until they shipped to me an expired one. It says on the box it expired 3/18/2025. I’m still going to try it anyways because my baby has had terrible gas but that’s crazy I paid for something that’s expired.

The product was exactly as described and arrived on-time and undamaged.

We received two different shoe sizes and two same side shoes. Very disappointed. They are in original box as pictured.

The absolute worst seller i have ever got an item from. Just the most horrendous. i bought a nice figure to add to my collection and instead of putting it in a box for protection they put it in a paper mailer and it was destroyed. Don't buy from this seller you will just get robbed and be disappointed.

I received the product ordered in a timely manner.

Item showed up in a smashed up Box that clearly had been opened. Also showed a clearance sticker with a price of $18 less than what I paid.

I love the product, but the seller could have done a better job of MAKING CLEAR that the SIZE was FAR SMALLER than the 3-ounce tubes that MILLIONS of Lume/Mando users are used to. It NEVER occurred to me to CHECK THE SIZE. I would NEVER have paid $9 for a 0.5-ounce tube had I known. I paid less than that for a "normal sized" 3-ounce tube of Lume. %23Shrinkflation %23FoolMeOnce

item is still lost. have not heard from seller to get a refund. i am not satisfied with trying to get ahold of seller to receive a refund
