So, the Buckles arrive, but the strap sliders that are pictured with it do not. I contact Walmart. They Contact Almondy. Almondy contacts me, says everything shipped, but wants to refund $2.00 rather than send out the rest of the order. I contact them back, SEND PICTURES Almondy requests, then get told to check the packaging afgain(like I hadn't already done that?) Still refuses to send missing parts. I contact Walmart AGAIN, get a full refund. If it was possible to give no stars, thats what I would do with this company. DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The description literally says “pillow only” and they sent me the COVER only. This is terrible communication. But at least the cover is soft. However it wasn’t what I had asked for.
