Has too many buttons. Can't turn on and off as one would expect. Its complicated. If and when it works finally its good. But it only works when it considers it necessary and NOT when owner wants cleaner air.

It won't hold a charge when I charge overnight. The Tile button does not work and won't activate with the app, which makes it useless. this is the first time I'm trying a key smart device, and I'm disappointed. I am planning on returning it soon to try and replace it. Unfortunately, Walmart will only let me return it without setting up a replacement, so I will have to return it and then reorder it, which is a huge inconvenience to me. so, as of right now, I am right giving them one star, but that may change depending on the replacement I get.
