My item was shipped to an address in California. I live in Alabama. I have never lived in CA. I’m not sure where you pulled this address from but you missed the mark by about 2000 miles.

She really put in description that if but for the United States, it will need an AC/DC adapter. Nowhere does it say that in your description so it was disappointed I could not use it as soon as I got it now I have to go and find an AC/DC adapter.
