I ordered the food and water dispensers Oct 2024. They only sent me the water dispenser. Makes it a very expensive unit. Was going to order several more, but when I never got the food dispenser it wasn't worth it. To this date I've not gotten the food dispenser March 2025. Can not recommend this seller.

Do not order this item, I made this mistake. Received the head brush and 1 rod. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag which was intact, so so I would assume the rods were never shipped. Which makes this item useless. Have now spent 2 hrs of my time with customer service on phone, emails etc.. Asked for refund and have not received that yet either. INCOMPLETE ORDER
