July 31, 2024, Walmart Order%23 2000119-30889533 to Pet mania for one 25 lb bag of Orijen Original Biologically Appropriate Grain-Free Chicken, Turkey %26 Fish Dry Dog Food that was never sent. Waited over two weeks until filing a return request through Walmart on August 16th to obtain a full refund. Never again. Chewy delivers within two days at a comparable price. Why hassle with non-performers while your dog is starving?

I ordered a bag of dog food and the item never arrived. The USPS tracking only showed "label created - waiting for item" and that's it. Tried to contact seller but never got any reply. Eventually asked Walmart to refund the money.

DISHONEST SELLER. DO NOT ORDER CAT FOOD FROM THIS SELLER! Label was printed, but UPS never received package. On checking reviews, i see this is the second time seller has sone this, and one other time where seller has interfered with catfood by removing expiration dates from every can in box. This is not the first time i have been ripped off by third market shippers. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER. I thought i was ordering from a Wal-Mart fulfilled, but it slipped by me. Fortunately Wal-Mart did a refund.

The box arrived, but it was in an AWFULLY packaged box. Very unprofessional. When we got the case of cans out, the plastic had been sliced open on one side and every last can of cat food had the expiration date swiped off from under the bottoms. I could NOT feed this to my sick, senior cat. Does Texas prosecute businesses for tampering with pet food? Had I not noticed what they had done, this seller could have made my cat with health issues much, much sicker.

All they did was create a label but never actually shipped it. When I asked the seller, he said he had already shipped but UPS wasnt tracking. BUT I've never even received it and ended up asking Walmart.com to cancel. I've waited WEEKS.
