the item was cracked and some parts completely broken. it was packaged poorly. when the seller was contacted, they offered me 30% of the price, and i wouldn't have to return it. i refused their offer. they refused to pay for shipping it back to China and will not refund until they recieve it. highly disappointed in in this seller and Walmart for using this seller.

The cushion is for an egg chair that they advertise, it was way too small and did not fit correctly. I requested a refund and communicate with the seller several times and they refuse to give me a return label. I had to go to Walmart and they said that they don’t like the way the seller is acting and they will resolve the situation.

Never received order! It showed as delivered in a city 6 hours away from me. I contacted Walmart and they said it came from a 3rd party shipper and would have them contact me. They never did and I never got my product or my money back! Don’t waste your time or money! I’d give zero stars if it was an option.
