I gave one star because zero is not an option. I received the tractor bank broken. Luckily I opened the package instead of just wrapping it for my 4 year old grandson that asked for it. If he had opened it he would’ve cut himself badly. I provided the seller with a picture of the broken tractor as requested. The seller initially offered me a 30% refund, then a 50% refund, now a 70% refund. The seller states he will only refund 100% if I return the item to China. My shipping label stated it came from Grapevine, TX. I do not trust this vendor will honor any type of refund at this point.

The seller sent me a used and damaged item. The hot pot strainer arrived with oily hot pot residue and beef tallow on the surface, and the handle had scratches with the coating peeling off. This is not acceptable for a new product. Now I have to return it, which is very inconvenient. Very disappointed with this seller.

I had a great experience, The product is more than advertised. It took a minute to get it but the seller was very upfront, I assume because of the hand tooling to make this item, I feel just for me. They did a great job all the way through delivery.

This product is not what it appeared at all. I’ve been trying to work with the seller because Walmart said I had to discuss a refund from them. This is the worst product and service from this seller I’ve ever encountered. I’m 69 and never had a seller basically offer 10 or 30 percent back. No I want a refund. They didn’t want me to take it to the store and keep asking me many questions about their product over and over. I told them it was broken. It’s like they don’t believe me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BAD EXPERIENCE!
