terrible 3rd party foreign seller item ordered not what i received walmart forces direct contact through messaging seller this never works…for buyer wasted money and time

I paid for a three and a half foot trash can, I got a three and a half inch trash can!

The issue was not with the product, but with the manufacturer. The product arrived in an unopened UPS mailer, but the item inside had been opened. One of the hangers was missing. I contacted the manufacturer, Pyramidti, and they offered to refund me half of the purchase price. Instead, I requested that they send me the other half of the order. I really need the item. In reply, they stated that they will refund the whole price and that I would need to re-order the item. They actually asked if I would agree to this. Since they were being difficult, I did agree. If Pyramidti thinks that I will ever order from them again, I won't. But really...I don't think they actually care since they are working one of the biggest supply companies in the US (Walmart). An my inconvenience will not be given a second though.

I placed this order on 8/13/2024. I still haven't gotten it. This happens every time we order something, and it has to be shipped by USPS. Their services is NO good.
