I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent orders. I purchased two items in my first order, but they never arrived at my address. I eventually had to cancel that order and re-purchased the items at a higher price. However, in the second order, I only received one item instead of two. Despite these issues, I have not received a proper resolution. I have now paid more and still do not have the complete order I originally intended.

100000% a scammer. Couldn't cancel the order cause they tried to say it shipped already. 3 days later it shipped. Then i Couldn't return the scam. Avoid these bums at all costs. Shame on walmart for allowing them to sell on site.

Entire product was damaged. Returned for credit and still waiting for credit, it’s been 19 days.

Don’t waste your money on these! It hardly moves and when you put any pressure on the brush to actually brush their teeth it stops. Mine as well be a normal toothbrush.

They were fine. The product shipped and arrived as expected.
