The SimplyGoodCoffee maker I ordered is defective. The warming element stopped working shortly after purchase. I contacted Bargain Snipers and got an auto reply that they would respond within 48 hours and it's been 10 days (I checked my spam folder). I also purchased the insurance and gave them that information. I first contacted SimplyGoodCoffee and they explained that Bargain Snipers is an unauthorized reseller, so they couldn't help me. The total cost of this purchase was approximately $125, not cheap.
