The item received did not work at all. Wouldn't even turn on. With WalMart, the refund is very easy to process and is hassle free. You don't have to work with the seller at all, you can just initiate online and stop by the local WalMart to return it. That's convenient to the buyer. So as a result of this purchase, I'm not heating my painful foot, but I did get a refund, so that's the consolation. I'd rather have a working product though.
