While most Customers give Sellers a 5-star review because everything about their order went perfectly, I'm giving this Seller a 5-star review because of how they handled my order when something went wrong during the transportation of the shipment. The Carrier damaged the shipping box and the item that I ordered. The Carrier left the damaged leaking box on my doorstep and literally ran away without even taking a picture. I took some pictures of my own of course.
I then logged into my Walmart account to report the damages and initiate the return and refund process. I am happy to report that this Seller, Plumbing Specials, supported my return and refund much faster than I have ever experienced. They messaged me right away and were quick to reply and keep me updated throughout my order, return and refund. While it's very easy to give a Seller a 5-star review when everything goes right, I'm much more grateful to find a Seller like Plumbing Specials who deserves a 5-star review for handling everything perfectly and expeditiously when something that wasn't even their fault had gone wrong. I look forward to ordering from Plumbing Supplies in the future and will do so with complete confidence. Thank you Plumbing Specials for the superior customer service and support!
