I purchased 2 of the 50ml of Belif Aqua Bomb at a remarkably low price, but the seller sent the 25ml size. It may have been a mistake in posting price on the seller's part, however the seller was nonresponsive when I tried to call and get the proper size sent in exchange. I ended up having to request a refund, which Walmart accommodated easily. Just disappointing that despite the many attempts to contact the seller, there was zero response.

I ordered and was charged for two jars of Kirkland glucosamine/chondroitin, and I only received ONE. I contacted the vendor, via Walmart, and vendor said that they had immediately sent a second jar - but they didn't. (In fact, he tracking number provided for missing jar was for the original order, NOT a new shipment.) I am owed $27.00 - plus tax - for the missing jar, and neither the vendor nor Walmart has fixed this problem. I would give a rating of zero stars, if this were possible.

Hi, I ordered (1) package of 10 count Oral B electric tooth brush replacement heads; Order 2000124-34932282. Not realizing the order was accepted, I accidently went through the ordering process and a second identical order was placed without my knowledge until Wal-mart sent me a notification. I have contacted Heicia, seller for both orders. She claims she cannot cancel the order. I have tried without success. Someone needs to straighten this out NOW - or - I will be finding another place to place my many future orders. I expect to hear from you soon. Thank you. Mary
