The refurbished iPhone they sold me was described as “like new” but had internal antenna problem as well as the back camera broken

We purchased a refurbished Apple Watch. upon receiving it we went to our local phone carrier to have it corrected. The phone carrier informed us the phone was not connecting and sent us to an Apple Store. There they had to ship the watch off to have the watch restored. Upon receiving the watch back they informed us the battery was weak and did not hold a charge for a sufficient amount of time. We contacted Reebelo via email and Never heard a response on how to remedy the situation. I would strongly caution customers to reconsider when purchasing through this vender. The amount of headache to save a little bit of money was NOT Worth it.

I didn't speak with the seller directly but the product was exactly what I expected and arrived on time!

I love my phone I got it looks and acts brand new nothing wrong at all I am very satisfied

Do not order from them they sent the wrong order and when you try to contact them you can’t

phone screen went out within 2 months kf me having the phone, taking wayyy to long for the refund

Be prepared, it is not an unlocked phone, and when trying to print the return shipping label it does not print straight and wont allow the item to be shipped. I believe this shipper may be a scammer!! The shipping company has yet to pick up item, so today i will find out!!

I was informed that the watch was in good condition. Everything was functional and working properly when it arrived, and I was able to get to the package and open it. The screen is completely shattered. I can see that around the edges even on the watch itself it has been Dropped stepped on and Hori maintained considering the price I paid and the description I was supposed to be getting a working device and good condition not extremely fair parts device. I would appreciate if I got an email back. I would be happy to send any pictures or provide further details. I would like a refund or I would like a new watch sent to me please I would rather a new device I had bought in it for a reason. I do not want to have to mail it and have it fixed then sent back to me and have to wait all that time. Never mind have to pay for all of that. Can I please get an email back about what the process will be to get this situated.
