Very good, refurbished phone for the price. No problems transferring data from my old phone a Samsung A51. It was time for an upgrade and tis phone met my needs and my budget. Love to save money and not have to pay new phone prices. Phone is working fine.

Shipping and delivery was seamless, even during the holiday season. The item was not as advertised; "like new" does not include a lightly scratched screen. But the device has performed as expected for six weeks, hence 4 stars.

The phones came in a timely manner. The delivery went smooth and the phones were packed accordingly, the phones were also in great shape. My only problem that I have is the life of the batteries. in one of the phone's ( I ordered 2 phones ) the battery was only a 85% the other was at 90%. So we have a concerns regarding the life of the batteries

Wish that I could give him a NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I ordered and paid for an "Open Box" Samsung Galaxy S phone. What I received was a refurbished phone that is badly banged up. The phone and a charger arrived in an envelope. That's it!!! No box, No USER MANUAL!!! I intended to return it, but that has to be done in person at a Walmart. I am home bound, so clearly, that doesn't work for me. Besides that, whenever I was browsing trying to find a replacement, every phone I looked at was being sold by this same LYING THIEF! So returning the phone I received would really amount to making things unnecessarily more complicated.

I brought 3 for my girls and the one my college daughter has freezes a lot. The other two for my youngest daughters say that when talking to their friends or downloading a game, it glitches a lot.
