I wasn’t able to return this and I never was able to talk to the w people that sold it to us

They shipped it and I recieved it. I actually found two sellers at the same price, I went into details to find their ship-from location and selected this seller on the same coast as me, it arrived at least on day faster.

Item arrived without usb receiver. Battery was already in mouse - looks like they resold a returned item.

claimed it was spectrum locked, spent 7 hours running back and forth from store and calli g their mobile help line, to finally find out it was not compatible with spectrum network

The phone i received at first glance looked very good with only a minor bit of wear. it came in a nice box with a new cord. It appeared to have a new screen and i would have been ok with that since it is a refurbished phone and it passed all the tests except for a tiny bubble under the screen when i tested it with a white screen...that was ok too. The problem was the phone was not sealed properly after the repairs. i could see it was slightly open and not sealed tight on the camera side where the screen bubble was. It's too bad bcus I really liked it but, I was afraid one drop might pop it open the rest of the way and it was no longer partially waterproof. If the phone had been sealed properly after the repairs I would have happily kept it.

Got phones quickly and they were packaged well. I understood that there would be a charger with the phones but there was not. Just cables. But still a great price for phones

delivery was great but S Pen won't connect to the phone. i did try and keep show to failures.

The phone I ordered was exactly like the listing. It operates great and came in the mail very quickly.

Refurbished cell phone had last system update in 2021. When phone tried to update, error kept happening. Camera wouldn't work (said conflict with another application) Flashlight wouldn't work. So not worth buying a refurbished phone, give the countless hours it took me to try to fix the issues.
