shipping took a long time to get here but it arrived and it is the perfect product to resolve my issue

The seller's communication is poor or none. The item description is qty 1 package, but items on the package should be 10 not 8. Apparently picture and description shows that 2 brushes are included, but none sent it.

The clock hands don't work. I'd like to return for a refund please.

Shipped on time and packaged properly for shipment.

I honestly don’t think I had any seller contact but shipping was a bit slow and tracking was hacked or confused because I received notification from Wal-Mart that it was delivered in a different state but thankfully about a week later I did receive the item.

misleading sales tactics to increase sales is illegal and you ahould be ashamed of yourself.

When people send back the product because it is not as described, and it is all plastic not know instant water heater then you need to give their refund back
