Bait and switch.. they have one brand of product listed and you RECEIVE something else. I even contacted them when I made the order, stated I read the reviews and I wanted the product I was ordering. Now, here’s where the entire transaction got a screwy: Walmart did NOT forward their correspondence to me, because they sent images of what they were shipping. Then on Sunday prior to the receipt date of Tuesday: I contacted them, as I hadn’t heard a response from my initial request, so I assumed we were all good. No, that is when they let me know they had already responded and had another product available. I said: brand name really doesn’t matter, what matters is that it is the same product. I was assured it was and it would arrive on time. Now, fast forward to 8 pm on Tuesday. No product, No response from seller. I made it very clear I am a professional soap making business and we were behind already trying to secure a new supplier of Sunflower oil, and we had extra hands on the clock waiting to get busy and NO OIL DELIVERY. No oil Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. It wasn’t UNTIL I requested the order to be cancelled with the seller that the product: SHIPPED LATE. Not only did it cost me for the purchase of the product, it cost me for man hour labor of employees on the clock and no product even shipped waiting. I could have went and bought the same product 1/2 the cost locally and could have picked it up, but they had my funds tied up and did not cancel the order. I told them from the beginning: if this was a great experience and went smoothly, they would have a continuous order. Nope, will never purchase from them again.
