beyond slow. ordered fleece jacket nov 1, got a refund dec 3 cause it still wasnt here after they gave two specific dates of arrival, both times it failed to arrive. it arrived 6 weeks after ordering,,but is afflicked in having giant arms. what a shame to waste so much effort making something this odd.
