Received product with incorrect/missing parts. The manufacturer does not have phone support available, only provided email support . I emailed the support provided all details about the problem (product ID, Walmart purchased invoice) including a screenshot of incorrect parts, ask them to send me a replacement part asap so that I can complete the installation and the support response was worthless. A typical oversea support procedures.

they were very prompt on getting back to me and offering a partial refund so that I could buy the missing parts. someone had opened the box before packing it cuz the outside packaging didn't have any holes and for the box to have the size holes in it the package should have too but didn't.
