Thrifty but Nifty KCMO provides this excellent product at a much better price than other stores. Shipping time was excellent, too.

I ordered this item and was given an expected delivery date that was within a few days. Then I was given a delivery date that was weeks later. I submitted a refund request since the date was so delayed. At which time, the item was then coming sooner than the 2 week delay (2 days later). Then I get a notification that my item was delivered and the picture is nowhere near where I live. When I proceeded to contact a Walmart rep for a refund of the undelivered item I was hung up on after the representative from Walmart told me that Walmart could not help me since the item is from a 3rd party. Terrible customer service, not item and out hard earned money!!! I will not forget this experience and I will certainly be sharing my experience with as many people as I can. Walmart does not apparently care about the experience of those customers that trust in their name. Shame Walmart!!!

if the product is opened been used or outdated they should never send the product. I don't have money to throw away in the trash I'm just barely making it. you could never put an open ear wash and open eye wash in your fur baby that you love like family. it could be poison. now we're stuck with poison in there goes $40 down the drain
