I don't know about how the seller works but the shipper leaves something to be desired. I had to reorder this bcuz Walmart said it had bthe first attempt was

item was as described, but it is an old school pencil type that wont stay sharp. Pencil edges dig in your eye..love the color and the effects..company needs to upgrade to twist type.

Product was in excellent condition and arrived early.

Item arrived in a timely manor and as expected and in appropriate packaging. Would purchase again from this seller.

The delivery was a week earlier than expected, which was appreciated. The boxes were somewhat damaged but the product seemed intact. However, if I saw these in a store, I wouldn't purchase them.

The box being damaged and product has expiration date as 12/31/2023.
