my daughter says this one is way better than her other one

everything works fine on the console, but the controller that it came with doesnt function properly. it disconnects because the batteries get loose easily when inside the controller, and it's hard to get it to turn back on. but other than that the system itself works fine.

The charging cord for the controller was sprayed and it shorted out the controller doesn't even work anymore.

he has sent me the wrong item at first which i originally gave him a 1 star he has fixed that issue and sent the correct item the 2 stars is for the item he sent me to correct the item is broke it over heats and my son cant play it since receiving it. i did everything that incould to fix it i cleaned it i installed all updates i reinstalled the database and still doesn't work

There was a shipping delay and the game brain team was not particularly helpful in informing me when the purchase would arrive.

No one should sell an item that cannot be used. So angry!!

This group held my stuff for a month, and then it came as the wrong product less than a week before christmas. So in my opinion they don't operate on the up and up.
