Sent the wrong brand of ink in 5 individual packages when I ordered a pack of 5, couldn't even use them in my printer. False advertisement unfortunately.

The items shipped were not the brand that was ordered. There is no evidence on the packaging that the ink cartridges are, in fact, made by EZink, nor is there any expiration date on the cartridges. There should have been a 5-pack box, instead I received 5 separately packaged cartridges, one of which was not the same type packaging as the other 4. I believe that a much less expensive and lower quality product has been switched for what was ordered. Very unsatisfied.

Seller is not selling the product advertised. Scam.

Bad! They sent wrong one, they said they didn't, took picture, sent it, then they admitted the mistake, but wouldn't refund or let me send it back, because it was opened. So, had better customer service from other vendors.

ZOOMTONER is not a good company, be carful they are bad customer service it is a very bad company that won't refund your money Or Send you what you ordered
