Jug arrived with a small gash/knick in the top and looks to have been damaged in shipping given the damage to the box. But thankfully the product is super durable and wasn’t affected.

The seller sent the order to the wrong address. Walmart Customer Service, and myself reached out to the seller DOMETIC. They did not respond. I contacted the seller by phone. They could not track the order and blamed Walmart. I notified them that myself and Walmart had reached out to them on separate occasions, they cannot track this. Do not buy through DOMETIC via Walmart.com as they are not responsive or set up well to sell through this channel.
