Decent customer service communication via email, but HORRIBLE order fulfillment accuracy! I ordered a UK 5, and even emailed them saying that I needed a UK 5, but they sent me a UK 7... Then, customer service blamed the issue on Walmart's sizing information?! I never should have attempted a purchase through a third party seller on Walmart. On the plus side, return was incredibly easy, I just dropped off at my local Walmart store and I was *immediately* credited my purchase price back to my card.

Lived up to all timelines and expectations. The import process can be a little bothersome, but this seller handled it seamlessly!

I think they shipped it in a fine box in a timely matter, just the product is cheap chinese junk and certainly not worth the 165.00. I will try harder to find a quality boot when these wear out which will likely be pretty quickly based on the stitching quality. Muck or Bogs, the quality isn't what it used to be.
