I tried contacting the seller about receiving a melted damaged product got no response whatsoever. Beware from buying from people like this that have absolutely no conscience about what they do. They’re just have to get your money. They could care less if you’re happy with the purchase or or the product or if it’s damaged or defective, they don’t care they’re not gonna reply. Very poor business model shame on you.

The product arrived on time and in good condition.

It look all old different color from one side and another color from the orher side and damaged from the outside and i still havent got my refund

it just doesnt easily glide on and isnt pigmented enough either.

I wasn’t able to figure out how to contact the seller to tell them the issue. I am trying to order from a different seller. I will see next week if I get the correct item.

i submitted for refund 6 days ago and said in 48 hours i would get redponse but. never did . now walmart says its yoo late gor refund. i can't use this because color is darker thsn dhows in advertisement. eill never buy from here again

I ordered the Purifying Gel Cleanser and received the Charcoal Gel Cleanser. I realize mistakes happen, but I can't get in touch with the seller to get this rectified. When I try to submit my comment, it says "seller can't be reached." It's frustrating.
