Is a totally scam artist I bought an open box iPhone which is totally ridiculous because if you go to settings it says that the screen has been replaced the battery needs to be replaced which means the battery is at like 50% definitely not an open box because it came in some bubble wrap around some cardboard The seller is a total scam artist should not even be allowed to sell at Walmart so certainly not an open box that has scratches all over it disc screen had been replaced with a cheap plastic chunky screen battery needs to be replaced and certainly not an open box so I’m never gonna buy anything from Walmart because anything I ever buy it’s total junk from their scamvendors

this phone has caused me nothing but problems. It continues to say no cellular service. we had it checked at t mobile customer service, and they have not been able to figure out what is wrong. they replaced the sim card. factory reset and updatee it. I would like my money back. my daughter cannot use the phone.

The item was not shipped in the original box as mentioned in the open box description second thing as per the.description, item may not have signs of usage but the phone had a notable deep scratch in the screen which is not acceptable and disappointing.
