Seller listed their item as brand new but clearly sent out a repackaged or refurbished controller. One of the paddles was missing entirely and the grips had small white lint stuck on them like it had been handled or sitting out somewhere dusty. The item was not factory fresh and the paddles that did come with it didn’t even fit correctly. Description was completely misleading and felt like a bait-and-switch. Definitely not the experience I expect when paying full price. Avoid this seller unless you’re into disappointment.
