Gave me the run around for weeks and was refusing to do my refund until I said I’d get an attorney involved. Even had to go through my bank. Absolute horrible customer service. Did nothing to get me my product or refund. Had me stressed for weeks. When asked the owner about the product, he had claimed that he didn’t understand why I hadn’t received the product. That their warehouse is in Arizona and gave me a hard time when asked for a refund. Never again.
