I have not spoken with this company and do not know anything about it. I know the product I received was VERY deceptive. It does not last as long as the manual says it is suppose to and does not vacuum well at all on the carpets. It is good for spot cleaning ONLY and on hardwood, tile, or linolium floors ONLY!
