Terrible company to try to return an item. It took them over a week and instead of refunding me money they want to replace the broken item and the weekend I had it planned for family reunion is now passed, and I did not have the product. I would not work with this company awning because they take too long and they don’t want to refund your money.

Instruction manual missing pages of critical information. A roof with spaces between the louvers so all will get wet below. Fabric sleeves rather than ABS louver wings. Pass on this one!
